This is vintage Damnation, as I remember them...the original five guys, rockin' like no one else from that era could. Decibel magazine's comment hit the nail on the head, but the fact that the music of a band "that hardly anyone has heard" is still appreciated 35 years after they disppeared from the music scene speaks volumes. It doesn't get any better than this...unless Bobsblues has more video from this concert to share!

You asked about a copy of Morning Dew-you can go to the DOAB website-also, they have a boxed set by Akarma-their 2nd album was rated in September issue of Decibel magazine as #21,topping some great bands. They are called "one of the greatest rock bands that hardly anyone has heard." I know Ray Benich, the bass guitarist, has a CD out,"The Hungry Soul"-very good! They reunited in April of 2007 at Beachland Ballroom and Tangiers. Almost as good as ever, except Ray Benich wasn't there-bummer!

Soooo? Does someone have a copy of Morning Dew by DAB? Haven't heard it since the 70's at Hellofaballooo in Chesterland Ohio! Man could those dudes jam! I think they rocked every bit as good as Grand Funk! Thanks, it's been a long time!

I still listen and groove to the Second Damnation and the The Damnation of Adam Blessing. Their first drummer was the groove of the band, the rock. I am a drummer of 42 years and I still play too. Bring the Damnation of Adam Blessing back on tour ASAP! Please! Age ain't nuttin' man.

I remember this group in 1970, with the long play The Damnation of Adam Blessing I loved it... I don´t know why this guys could not be more popular around the world.
